1. Introduction

Welcome to Somtico Fashion Hub (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Somtico Fashion Hub website and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer” refers to individuals who browse or purchase products on the Platform.
  • “Vendor” refers to individuals or businesses that sell products on the Platform. (See Vendor Agreement for vendor-specific obligations.)

3. Use of the Platform

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your region to use our Platform.
  2. Account Registration: Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or in any way that disrupts our servers or services.

4. Purchasing Products

  1. Product Descriptions: Vendors are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and images. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of product listings.
  2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges (e.g., taxes, shipping) will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Payment: You agree to provide a valid payment method. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the amount owed.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  1. Shipping: Vendors set their own shipping policies. Please refer to each Vendor’s stated shipping information.
  2. Returns & Refunds: We have a centralized Returns & Refunds Policy that outlines how returns are handled for products purchased through the Platform.
  3. Disputes: If you have any issue with a product (e.g., not received, damaged, or incorrect item), please contact the Vendor or Somtico Fashion Hub’s Customer Support. We will do our best to mediate a fair solution.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Platform Content: Text, graphics, logos, and images on the Platform are property of Somtico Fashion Hub or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.
  2. User-Generated Content: If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Somtico Fashion Hub a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Somtico Fashion Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or from products purchased. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of products sold by Vendors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somtico Fashion Hub from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
