1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized orders, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at co*******@so*****.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the long-distance nature of some of our shipping, please note that international return shipping can be costly, and we recommend researching these costs before initiating a return.
• Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the refund will only cover the cost of the item(s) returned.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping if a return is required.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you and will process a full refund or send the correct item as soon as possible.

5. Exchanges

• Availability: We can only offer exchanges for items of the same type and value, subject to availability. To check availability, please contact the vendor.
• Exchange Process: If approved, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back, as well as shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent.

6. Custom and Duty Fees

• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable through Somtico Fashion Hub.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts, unless defective
• Gift cards or final sale items
