Refunds and Returns Policy

- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized orders, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

Given the long-distance nature of some of our shipping, please note that international return shipping can be costly, and we recommend researching these costs before initiating a return.
- Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
3. Refunds
