Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized orders, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. - Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the long-distance nature of some of our shipping, please note that international return shipping can be costly, and we recommend researching these costs before initiating a return.
- Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the refund will only cover the cost of the item(s) returned.
