Affiliate Program Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Somtico Fashion Hub Affiliate Program (“Program”). This policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or organizations (“Affiliates,” “you,” or “your”) who participate in our program to promote products sold through Somtico Fashion Hub.
By signing up for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Somtico Fashion Hub Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

To participate, you must submit an affiliate registration form through our official website and be approved by our team.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Applications that include incomplete information, inappropriate content, or any potential conflict of interest may be denied.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Honest Promotion: You agree to promote Somtico Fashion Hub products truthfully and not to make any misleading claims about our products, vendors, or brand.
Brand Alignment: Your website, social media pages, and promotional materials must not contain offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including Canadian competition laws, CAN-SPAM, and FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., stating “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).
No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to make purchases for personal benefit.
No Paid Ads Using Our Brand Name: You are prohibited from bidding on or using the Somtico Fashion Hub name, trademarks, or variations in paid search ads or social media campaigns.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link or code to share with your audience.
Purchases made through your link will be tracked automatically using cookies.
Our standard tracking cookie duration is 30 days, meaning you will receive credit for any qualifying purchases made within 30 days of the first referral click.

5. Commissions and Payouts

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a percentage of each qualifying sale referred through their unique link. Commission rates are specified in your Affiliate Dashboard and may vary by campaign or product category.
Grace Period: A 14-day grace period applies before commissions become eligible for payout, matching our customer refund policy. This ensures that commissions are not paid out for refunded or cancelled purchases.
Refunded Orders: If a customer requests a refund or cancels a purchase within this grace period, the corresponding commission will be voided.
Payment Method: All approved commissions are issued as store credit on Somtico Fashion Hub. Store credit can be used to purchase any item on the platform and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Currency: All commissions are calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

6. Disqualification and Forfeiture

Commissions may be withheld or cancelled if:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected (e.g., fake leads, multiple self-referrals, coupon abuse).
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes occur on referred sales.
You violate any part of this Policy or Somtico Fashion Hub’s Terms & Conditions.

If your affiliate account is terminated for cause, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Termination and Modification

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email.
Somtico Fashion Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Somtico Fashion Hub. You have no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of the company.

9. Limitation of Liability

Somtico Fashion Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or connected with this Program.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
